Albert Duntugan serves as the Senior Director of Enterprise Information Architecture for the UCLA Health Sciences in its Office of Health Informatics & Analytics. Albert directs the data governance program, and works to align both a centralized analytics team and multiple distributed analytics teams throughout the organization. He also directs the office’s data architecture team, which builds technology assets like data marts that enable the office’s self-service analytics strategy.
Albert has 20 years of experience in healthcare. Prior to his role in information technology, he served in leadership positions in finance and operations, with a concentration on physician billing, managed care operations, commercial and regulatory pay-for-performance programs, and practice operations. Albert received a bachelor of science in biology from Loyola Marymount University, and a master of health administration degree from the University of Southern California.
