Each year, we look forward to hosting the Data Citizens community and bringing together the brightest minds in Data Intelligence. The health and wellbeing of Collibra customers, partners and employees is our top priority and, as a result, we are transforming Data Citizens to a digital experience.
Is Data Citizens ‘20 canceled?
Collibra will host its first digital Data Citizens event, which will launch on June 3, 2020. Attendees from across the globe will be able to access content on demand. We are finalizing the details and will share more information on the new format in the coming weeks. Our in-person event in New York is canceled. We will continue to offer Collibra Ranger Certification on June 2, but now as a virtual experience. If you were already registered, your registration will automatically rollover to digital. Learn more and register here.
We have made the difficult decision to cancel the three other Collibra University Live tracks: Collibra Fundamentals, Collibra Workflows, and Collibra Catalog & Integrations. We encourage the community of Data Citizens to explore the free, on-demand learning opportunities available through Collibra University as well as our series of virtual bootcamps.

What is the plan for future Data Citizens events?
While we are excited about our digital event, we know how valuable in-person connections are for our community. We will continue to monitor the global health situation and will share information as soon as possible about future in-person events. At this time, we are evaluating how best to proceed with Data Citizens ‘20: EMEA and Data Citizens ’21 in New York City.
Looking for more opportunities to network and connect with fellow Data Citizens outside of the event? Keep an eye out for an update from us later this spring announcing the relaunch of our virtual Data Citizens community!
