Chief Architect and CTO, Police and Public Protection Technology (PPPT), Digital Data & Technology, Home Office
Paddy leads architecture and engineering governance for the Police and Public Protection Technology (PPPT) portfolio in the Home Office. Driven by the mantra of the portfolio vision, ‘from silo to service’, he is heading the transformation of national law enforcement systems provisioned and maintained by the Home Office to realise the key driver of the Policing’s 2025 Vision: the ‘Data Enabled Officer’. PPPT is custodian for a huge volume of very sensitive data. Making that data work better for law enforcement requires better service enabled by better engineering powered, critically, by the best of modern tooling.
