Namrata Kripalani leads Customer Information Quality and Governance within the Chief Customer Office at Dell Technologies. In this transformation role, she and her team are focused on creating and executing the strategy to measure and improve quality and ultimately derive value from Dell’s Customer Data. Currently she is leading the cross-functional effort across multiple organizations and in partnership with IT to enable all the foundational data to provide meaningful and accurate 360 degree views of our customers that in turn drive great customer experience and strong relationships.
Prior to this role, Namrata led teams within Global Customer Services, Sales Operations and Supply Chain Management where she consistently lead through change, developed and implemented innovative processes and delivered impactful results in support of customers.
Prior to Dell, Namrata worked in Mumbai, India in sales and project management delivering customized engineering solutions to her clients. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Operations and Economics from Mumbai University and an MBA in Supply Chain Management from Penn State University. She resides with her family in Austin, Texas and is a champion for the Asian community within Dell where she volunteers as a mentor to upcoming talent.
